My dream birthday cake that I've not gotten the guts up to make for myself, doesn't it look delicious? I think the reason I've not done it is because there is no way it would ever look that good, besides, where do you find candles like that in Sanpete County? And really, who makes their own birthday cake?

Lots and lots of people make their own birthday cakes, they are called mom's. It would be more appropriate to ask, what mom doesn't make her own birthday cake.
I know you could make the cake look just like the pictures. Just pick some of those candles up from Target the next time you go to Utah.
